About Jim
The admiral has done this before.
Before the ADMIRAL cap, Jim Kukral spent more than 20 years on stages. Keynotes, workshops, classrooms, conferences. He knows how to hold a room. Now he uses that to make one laugh, then go quiet, then let go.

Cleveland entrepreneur. Ten-time author. Keynote speaker.
Jim has spent 26 years in attention-getting marketing and building businesses on the web. He built and sold two online marketing agencies. He consulted for FedEx, Sherwin-Williams, and Fortune 500 companies.
For more than ten years he taught internet marketing as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco. So yes, he can talk for an hour. He'll keep it shorter.

The resume, briefly.
His books include The Misny Method (2026, with Tim Misny), Attention! This Book Will Make You Money (Wiley, 2010), Your Journey to Becoming Unskippable, The Unskippable Handbook, and Float Above It.
Dun and Bradstreet named him one of the most influential small business people on Twitter. He holds a BA in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Akron and is a Certified Ethical Influence Practitioner from the Cialdini Institute. That one is real. The Admiral's Office certification is not.

All in on Cleveland
Why the boat. Why the worries.
Jim runs LET'S GO CLE, a Cleveland pride platform for events, community, and publishing. He's also the founder and admiral of Cleveland Floaters, a phone-free boat experience on Lake Erie that debuted in 2026.
Sink Your Worry™ started on that boat. Two decades of stage time is why it works in a ballroom too.

Send a date, a city, and a rough idea of the room. Jim will tell you straight if it's a match.
