For event planners
The practical stuff.
What to send Jim
- Event date or timeframe
- City and venue, or if it's virtual
- Type of event and who's in the audience
- Where this fits in your agenda
- Anything you already know about the room and setup
- Your goals for the session, in plain words
What attendees should know
Participation is optional. People can write a worry, leave the slip blank, or just watch.
Write only what you're comfortable writing. Nobody reads it aloud or explains it.
The slips are dissolvable paper and go into water, so there's nothing left to collect, read, keep, photograph, or display.
Someone can pick a serious personal worry if they want. But this is a symbolic ritual, not therapy, mental health treatment, or trauma care, and nobody should feel they need to disclose anything.

Logistics and tech
Setup, timing, and A/V needs depend on your room and format. The ceremony also needs water for the slips to dissolve in, so Jim will confirm specifics once he knows the event. Start the conversation.
Next step
Got an event? Let's talk fit.
Send a date, a city, and a rough idea of the room. Jim will tell you straight if it's a match.
